"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Food was of poor quality. We had poor service in restaurant. Took over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Food took long time to be served. Breakfast was disappointing."

"Had a really nice stay here with my mom. Room was clean (tub did have hair but that's almost a norm). The shower water is def Florida water! Smells of sulpher so keep that in mind if you have sensitive skin. Quiet rooms. Soft pillows and bedding. Free, ample, well lit parking lot. I would stay again."

"I was here over this most recent weekend, with the first room I stayed in was a king sized room and the second room having two queen sized beds. Both rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to rest within. The lobby was very nice and had two entrances to make parking and arrival easier. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast or food options unfortunately. My one complaint from my time was the shower not switching to hot water in the king room, regardless of the force exerted. Frankly, I thought I'd break the shower handle if I tried any more, and to avoid that I had to take a cold morning shower when preparing to depart for the day, which certainly was unfortunate. However, I mentioned this to Ashleigh, the day shift supervisor at the front desk, and she immediately worked to get me into a different room for my second night and continued to follow up that there were no more issues during the remainder of my stay. They adjusted my check out/check in times for the new room for when I would return for my second night, in addition to other things. Wow, is all I can say. The focus on customer service and commitment to ensuring the rest of my stay met my expectations blew me away. Never had I been treated with such respect and service before, and for that I was raving about her to everyone who asked about my stay while I was in town. Normally, Hilton is not my first choice at hotels to stay at simply due to price, but after experiencing the top notch customer service from the day shift supervisor, I can rest easy knowing this Hilton is in good hands and I can comfortably book here anytime. I will happily choose and recommend this Hilton again because of this. Thank you, Ashleigh!"
