"As a tenant I get no support from the office and if you have an apartment issue they won't attend to it at all. No maintenance on site and no emergency numbers to call."

"This place also acts as the "corporate office" for the other apt complexes they own. I left a message on 4 May at 1006am for them to call me concerning a flooded apartment at Bay Point Apartments in Port Richey, where I live. As of today (6 May-410pm) they have still not called me back. The owners are cheap and only interested in your money, not your well being by any means."
"This place is a complete joke. I have had so many issues with getting repairs done, usually taking up to a week to complete if THEY don't deem it an emergency. I have asked for pest control from the beginning of my lease and have NEVER gotten it done - as you can see in the picture attached, this is a regular occurrence at this complex. I have been living there a year and half and will be moving at this end of this month. The management does not care at all about the tenants. The office will not give you an opportunity to speak to the managers. People barbecue on their stairs, they play music so loud it sounds like they are in your living room all hours of the night, and in true horrible fashion they taken NO BLAME or RESPONSIBILITY in anything that is wrong or anything that happens. I literally went without a refrigerator for 3 weeks! Their attitude reflects how the complex is run. They do not care about their tenants and have no desire to improve their processes or make the complex a better place to live. Oh and they have no after hours maintenance, so God forbid, like me you have a flood on a Sunday!"
"If I could give no stars I absolutely would give them nothing. This place will give you the runaround without giving you an apartment and then ask for your security deposit but not tell you that once you give them that money and you decide not to move there they’re not gonna give it back to you the people in the corporate office are rude everything is old and run down it’s infested with roaches maintenance doesn’t fix anything the only time you hear something from the office is when they’re taking your money that’s it. Please be aware and take your money somewhere else where it’s worth it."
