"I usually wouldn't leave a review but my brother lives here and had a personal situation and Denise and Jen were on it within 30 minutes. I've lived at many different places and I've never seen an office staff care that much. I'm really really impressed with the workers and the community. I'm so glad that my brother is in good hands."
"I must say this property is just amazing. It sits on the water and has so many amenities. The staff is great especially Denise and Sandra at the front office. They are always willing to help without hesitation, and always with a big smile. They even remember my name and my dogs name!!!! In such a big community you’d think that would be hard. I LOVE IT HERE!!"
"I lived at Cortland Bayport North for a 15 month lease and I had a wonderful experience there!! The amenities are incredible, especially the North pool and it was like living in paradise with the views and the breeze from the Bay!! The other 2 pools and hot tubs in the South are extra perks!! The office is attentive and the maintenance team took care of our needs the same day or the next day every single time. I will miss living at Cortland Bayport and highly recommend the property!!"
