"I used to live here 2yrs ago due to personal reasons had to leave. Today found out was approved to move back in and I'm so happy. I cannot wait. I love this place, maintance and personnel are great definitely would recommended, hopefully I can definitely stay for a long time."

"Stay away from this property!!!! They will try everything to rob you! We lived in an apartment from Sept. 2022 to July 2023, 10 months. We maintained everything well and cleaned before we left. We have NO PET. We are not at home M-F daytime. And I just got a bill $937.18 for carpet replacement!!!!!!! I was soooo shocked. WHAT? For WHAT? Whole carpet replacement for we living there for 10 months with no damage & no pets? The carpet was old once we moved in. I took a video before we left showing we didn’t do any damage! They are trying to have tenants pay for their remodeling! Ridiculous! This is robbing customers. I’m not paying anything I don’t owe! Bugs everywhere. I called almost every week to have pest control, no help at all! Trash removal service sucks, sometimes trash people forgot to remove it, which is making a big headache in hot Florida days!"

"I lived here for 3 years before moving out due to losing a roommate & not being able to afford it on my own. We had a 2/2 model which I don't think was updated but overall, was nice. Never had any major issues and any maintenance request we had was promptly fixed. For an older community you'll expect some wear and tear but generally seems well kept. Of course residents also have an impact on that. I never used the amenities while I was here unfortunately. The office staff were always super friendly and helpful for anything I needed."

"Where to start: Beware renting with this Apartment complex, specifically if you're assigned the upstairs level. Carpet may be in disgusting conditions, they're cheap when it comes to replacing it at times it should be replaced. We stayed at the apartment around 2 years, so when the time was for leaving, the Carpet needed a change especially because we also had a pet, it was overall filthy (2 years of natural wear and tear, we tried our best cleaning the carpet constantly) and damage in spots, common sense it needed a replacement. They will charge you for the carpet when other places will do it no charge. What was the point of the pet deposit fee? The downstairs dont have to worry about any of that bs (they have no carpets to worry about). Some of the other charges were also out of our control like the outside door being dirty? If you decide to clean the apartment yourself instead of hiring people to do it, beware, they will find excuses to charge you! The apartment wasn't impressive, the gate would constantly break, trash compactor would fill up easily, when we 1st moved in the bathroom wasn't working (bathtub) for a whole month, the apartment was not move in ready, there were nail holes from the previous tenets, which funny we were charged for fixing with patches? Outside wall had a nasty leak that was going through the other inside wall it damaged my photo frame, unacceptable. Our overall experience was ok, not great. They charge a lot for an ok experience and place to stay."

"This place is the equivalent to the phrase lipstick on a pig. It has amazing potential but falls Flat. The only shiny light are the maintenance guys that are so sweet ready to help and get things done. Lizery is as fake as the niceness she gives on the phone until you call her out on her management skills which is -29394. Apartment is "updated" by some smoke and mirrors and thankfully only had a month of bug issues. Neighbors across the way had two obnoxious pit bulls that barked 24/7 then threatened my friend and I got calling animal Control bc it went on til 12:30 am on a Sunday. For the most part it had solid cool neighbors but the rest were trash who trashed the complex often. Random homeless people would come in and dumpster five for things people were throwing away.the front gate worked only 1/3rd of the time but had a sign that said not responsible for lost or damage to peoples cars. They charged me at the end almost 400.00 for damage to the apartment from my dog which I got but they never finalized a price but up charged me once I left bc they're a scam. They only replied to emails when the company that owned the property was cc'd. They raised the rent 425.00. I pay less in my mortgage.Place has solid potential but people trash it. Just another complex taking advantage of tenants bc tampa is a hot sell now."
