"Marisa Delisio was the leasing consultant who helped us when we visited for the first time the community. She was very kind, attentive, helpful and very patient. She gave us the best customer service ever. We loved the community, the apartments, the environment. They are very well-maintained !! My sister used to live here and she loved this place. She recommended it to me and I do not regret renting it. Also, the maintenance technicians are friendly, polite, respectful and they respond our request quickly and provide an excellent service! I highly recommend this community!"

"Camden Bay is a great community in a great neighborhood. It's close to the airport and downtown but also a reasonable driving distance from Clearwater beach. I've been here just over a year and really enjoy living here. Steven was my leasing agent and he's excellent. I was coming from another state and he made the entire process so easy. Everything is done online which is so convenient. The app for rent payments, community wall and service requests is a nice perk. Maintenance is the best of any rental community I've lived in. The guys have always come the same day to fix anything, even on a Sunday! A few of the maintenance guys also live here so it's convenient for them to stop by. The only cons for me are the occasional missed trash pick ups by Valet Living, some neighbors who don't clean up after their dogs and the pricey rent. If you need to break your lease for whatever reason, the fee is 2 months' rent, NOT $10,000 like a previous reviewer claimed. There are also no bugs that the same reviewer mentioned. I haven't had a single roach and pest control sprays regularly. Overall it's a beautiful property with lots of nice landscaping. If you can afford it I would recommend living here but be aware of the fees for valet trash pickup, water and parking which will add about $100-$120 to your monthly rent, plus the cable/internet package (everyone has it whether you want it or not) for about $113. If all the Camden properties are managed like Camden Bay you can't go wrong choosing them!"

"Beautiful and well maintained community. Service is greatly appreciated. Pools and clean and good. Lots of space in community for walk. School bus comes to the entrance. We enjoyed our 4 year stay at Camden bay."

"I was really interested in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom on first floor it was not available with the Camden apartments. However working with the rental consultant Steven was such a great experience. He was so personable, patient and knowledgeable. He really took his time to explain all my options, and showed different apartments. I will definitely consider Camden in the near future based on such a positive experience. Steven should definitely be a manager or trainer he has a great approach with people."

"I LOVE living here! I love having 2 pools & BBQ grills to choose from! One of our grills (the back one) does need maintenance but they usually are good at quickly fixing things once they're notified about it! I love that we have a dog park, but I wish they would put in a water fountain or even just a bowl, so the dogs could get a drink. One of my favorite things about living here is our dock! It brings me great joy to sit and relax on the water. I also love that we live in a preserve so we get to see wildlife at home. We have at least 1 alligator that we go look for almost daily! Tons of lizards everywhere. The ducks are so cute, especially in the spring when they have all their cute little babies! I also enjoy having trash valet 5 days a week! The ladies that work up front are wonderful, pleasant, helpful, & lovely! Always willing to answer our many questions. Also, side note, our building, including our garage, did not get damaged during Hurricane Ian. Not even flooding. We evacuated so not sure how bad it got here but was grateful not to lose anything. Not even power. Negative - I do hate the drainage ditch in front of our apartment because they don't cut the grass/weeds there & it attracts bugs & is gross! The car wash & tennis court are basically for show. The vacuum at the car wash will take your money but will not suck anything up. And if I remember correctly, you have to bring your own soap for washing your car. I've never seen anyone use the tennis court so I feel like they could turn that into another dog park or something but maybe we will use it one day if we can afford the equipment needed."
