"My husband and I have lived at Gull Harbor for over 16 years, so it's evident that we really enjoy it here. The current staff is outstanding; in fact it's the best group of people since the building was sold several years ago. In the office, Sierra and Leigh are fabulous. They are friendly and always responsive to everything in a short amount of time. In fact, we hope they will stay for a long time. It would be difficult to find a better duo. The staff, Eli, and now Matt are great also. They have so many tasks between the two buildings, but always take the (extra) time to turn up when needed. If you are thinking of moving to a new apartment near the beach, you will find a better staff and a complex with wonderful amenities you might at other places."
"Starting year 4….this is by far the best management team we have had: Sierra, Leigh, Eli, Matt and hoping to keep Dion! Prompt when needing maintenance, the grounds have never been cleaner (especially the dumpster areas), office staff pleasant and always responsive to our request. Sierra has been doing a great job in her current management position. Especially good at balancing all the responsibilities all with a positive attitude. Leigh is knowledgeable about the property and is a helpful first stop in the office. Maintenance crew the best! Feels more like “home” than ever before! John and Patricia"
"I have lived at Gull Harbor for 5 years. I’ve been through 3 different owners and management. The current team is by far the best since I’ve been here. Sierra and Lee are kind and helpful. I would love the landscaping to be finally completed and the elevator fixed. But they are always helpful and wanting to resolve most issues. I would love to stay here indefinitely."
"I’ve really appreciated living at Gull Harbor. Sierra, Leigh, Eli and Matt are all very professional and friendly. It makes a difference in the community when your staff on-site knows you and takes time out of their day to day hello. They all work very hard to maintain the property and have done a great job. Since Vanessa was replaced the trash rooms have all been taken care of in a timely manner as well as the over all cleanliness of our community."
