"11/23/2023: So far a great experience with touring and applying. Staff has been extremely responsive as we face the stress of moving. Gorgeous clean property. Move in was seamless, luxurious amenities, helpful and accommodating staff. Easy to pay bills and request maintenance online. EDIT (2/16/2024): We love our new home. Staff is responsive and welcoming. Community events happen often such as food truck nights. Residents are respectful and the location is great. Wouldn’t change a thing."

"My experience here at Serenza has been exceptional. Molly, Brittany and Jailene are rock stars! I was advised and supported through every step of the application process all the way to signing the lease. These are smart buildings, and therefore being that I’m old-school I needed a lot of handholding for this lol I have to tell you the experience that I have had here has been excellent. The common areas, the clubhouse, pool, gym, breezeways and grounds are immaculate. I can’t wait to have my family over and do some grilling!"

"This place has been so awesome from the beginning. I’ll be resident starting 02/01. Which was pushed back. The original date was 11/20. To be fair this place is under construction and the office staff have no control over delays. They have been so nice and upfront with everything. the Complex is state of the art and has amazing features. Can’t wait to live here. If you have flexible move date. Defiantly recommend this place :) 10/10"

"I toured in July; beautiful property and apartments. Super nice staff. I applied right away and was approved for a move-in date of November 6th. At the time of my tour I was told people would start moving into their first building in August. I was so excited; was never informed of any delays that had previously or were currently happening; only by reading the reviews on here did I find out. I was super optimistic; had already given my 60 day notice to vacate my current apartment. I received a call exactly a month prior to my move-in date saying there’s a delay and that they don’t have an exact date but move-in could be mid to late December. Because I had already given my notice to vacate there was no way I was going to go month to month and pay more just to wait for these apartments to be finished and there’s still no guarantee as to when they will be done. I give them 3 stars because they are giving back the administration fee I paid which is great; I just wish they had been forthcoming from the beginning with information about the consistent delays. Really sad because I was really excited and looking forward to moving here!"

"I’ve had my move in date pushed back since the beginning of the year. Frustrated, of course. However, there are things that we just can’t control and this is one of them. The property is stunning with great amenities. Both Brianna & Molly have been very welcoming, sweet & understanding of our frustrations and with making sure we are all on the same page. They are troopers honestly, imagine being in their position. They are ready just like the rest of us! I have high hopes and I’m very excited to make Serenza my new home!"
