"Spent 4 years here. No major complaints. Office staff is so kind and is quick to help with any issues and the maintenance team is very fast to fix anything; Adrian is the best!"

"This by far has been the worst experience with an apartment complex. I had a leak in my ceiling from when it rained pretty hard in November. Black mold started to appear and the ceiling stained yellow. The resolution? They sent maintenance (after 3 reminders of my emergency ticket) to take a look. The technician said he would have to talk to his boss and get back to me. Eventually they came out and painted over the black mold and yellow stains. They did nothing else. When it started raining again in December, a leak came through my windows and ceiling. All of this caught on video. The technician said he would come out the next day. But they couldn’t enter the apartment because they lost my key. Then they forgot about my ticket and had to call the roofers back out. It’s now almost a week later, black mold still on the ceiling, no sign of any repair done, and no updates. I have yet to receive a call from Muhammed. I would like for someone to take accountability for their lack of communication, lack of urgency, and failure to service their residents. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone and I have not renewed my lease. I expect a call from someone higher than the leasing office or I will take legal action."

"Recently, I went to the management office and placed several work orders with Edgard and soon after Gabriel, maintenance worker came into my apartment and took care of them. Grabiel did an outstanding job with all the repairs taking care of them effectively and in a timely manner. The management staff and maintenance team at the Advenir at the Oaks Apartments are a unique class of dedicated workers. I am very pleased to be served by all of them."

"I personally want to thank the maintenance member named Gabriel who fixed a lot of things today, in a timely manner! Most of what I addressed the Thanksgiving week, is fixed now! He was professional, polite, and explained some things while fixing them. When I asked questions about other parts of the apartments if it can be addressed, he told me how to say it in the office so they can put it the order. Thank you once again for the service today!"
