"Nice apartments but they never answer the phone. They have a offsite team that couldn't help me the entire 6 days I was calling about my application. My application was denied because of my credit but they wouldn't let me add a cosigner which doesn't make any sense to me. Feels like a scam. Paid $380 for application and administration fees that won't be refunded."

"In mid January, I stopped by this complex for a tour on a whim as I had tours scheduled for other complexes. The grounds and apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Dylan was the representative who assisted through out this process. After touring 3 other properties and returning for another tour, this property became my top pick. I anticipated relocating in early April, but needed to push it up. I applied and received a denial within 48hrs of applying. I placed a call to Dylan stating I had documentation to dispute the reason for denial and was advised to forward these documents over. I received confirmation of the document and was advised I would receive a call back. The first email was forwarded on January 25th and a second email was sent on January 30th. My partner made three follow up visits in person (each occasion he spoke with Dylan) only to be told I would be contacted after he had conferred with management. As of today (02/18/2024), I have not heard back from Dylan. I applied to another complex and received approval within the same week. While I'm understanding, I find it incredibly rude and unprofessional. It only takes a few minutes to provide an update. While I also understand the site clearly states fees are nonrefundable, I believe some type of credit should be given. As per another review, I would advise potential renters to be cautious when considering applying as the monies made off of the application fees alone generates a source of income for this company. Update - 2/20/2024, I'm unsure of the documented communication you have as I haven't received anything from your establishment except for the denial email received from the third party used. Also, the documents I've provided were sent directly to Dylan per his request. The last communication with Dylan was on February 12th with my partner while I was on Facetime. Dylan stated he hadn't had the opportunity to discuss with management and that he would reach out to me the next day with a follow up which would have been February 13th. I've never been contacted by your establishment and all communication was initiated by me. This is honestly the first response I've received from your establishment. I don't expect a partial or full refund, I do expect accountability. I would've never wasted my time providing documents to dispute the reason listed on the denial if no further action would have been taken. I have all sent emails and the two received emails from Dylan as well as the call history documenting how many times I've reached out. My contact info is also on file, no one has ever contacted me. Thanks for your response and wish you well."

"I spent the whole week researching, studying plants, sizes, logistics about distance and much more, I made an appointment to see the unit and an office employee made me give up the acquisition in less than 3 minutes! Unfortunately many will have to wait for the staff to be fired to be able to see the beautiful proposal of the enterprise, because this poor level of service will be a curtain for any good intention of the consumer! It doesn't even look like I'm in a first world country!"

"My husband and I really want to highlight Dylan at the Alibi! Dylan has top notched customer service! It’s been a long time we haven’t experienced that level of customer service out here in the renters world. He really outdid himself! Watching him satisfying the needs of all the potential customers at the front desk by himself, was phenomenal! He juggled it all very well and made sure we all felt welcomed and valued! We cannot wait to move in, this complex is really, really clean and beautiful! Hats off to the Alibi! Absolutely love everything so far about this place!"

"We moved in August and I can say our experience here has been amazing. This is a great community with amazing office staff. We personally appreciate Fabi the office assistant manager for all her help throughout our time here. She has been such a pleasure to talk to and she is always hearing us out without any hesitation. We will continue to enjoy this beautiful property thats not even completely done yet, but it’s already looking and feeling amazing! The Alibi at Lake Lilly and it’s luxury units and amenities is totally recommend and the place to live peacefully and joyfully!"
