The Manager Holly went the extra mile because my mail box lock had to be changed. I told her if she could catch the mailman to get my diabetic medication. She not only did that but brought it to my door. First Class Lakeland Grand for hiring such dedicated and caring staff."

"We've been here almost 3 months now, and my family and I love it. Beautiful pool and gym. Our dogs run in the dog park. The apartment is beautiful. Lots of space. We live on the third floor, but the vaulted ceilings and the view from the balcony make climbing the stairs worth it. The office staff and maintenance guys have been terrific. Very fast response times. I would like to specifically recognize Anthony. He's been here a few times and has done an incredible job. I feel confident speaking for my wife and son when I say that we are loving being able to call Lakeland Grand our home."

"My family has been living here for a few months and we are very happy with our choice of moving here. The application process was easy and straightforward and the ladies in the office were very helpful. Our 3 bedroom apartment is sooo spacious with TONS of storage. The master bathroom is to die for. One of the best things is they are extremely pet friendly. We have enjoyed the many amenities such as the beautiful pool area, dog parks and the recently installed grills. I'm sure once the weather cools down we will make good use of the community fire pit and look forward to meeting other residents. The only downside for us would be that the trash compactor is far from our building so if they could install another one or offer valet trash service that would be the icing on the cake for me."

"We moved in back in 2021 the week that the new management team took over. Things started off a bit rough as they were settling in. Since then the staff is excellent, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. If you catch any of them on a bad day, don’t hold it against them because for the most part, they are very approachable. Can’t say enough about how far the staff has come. The amenities are top notch and are always functioning. We love the pool, it’s hardly ever closed, and when it is, it’s closed for maybe a day for maintenance. The community is quiet and since we’ve been here, quite a few of our neighbors have become great friends. The apartments are very desirable, they are nice and very spacious! The only thing I’m not fond of is the type of paint chosen for our apartment, I’m not sure if all the apartments are the same, but our paint is easily stained and impossible to clean. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors walking around, it doesn’t bother us, but we have toddlers so I’m sure our neighbors downstairs frown a little when they see us. Sorry. Other than that, come join the community, it’s really great here!"

"Greatest place I've ever lived in. Went from two bedroom to duplex love both accommodations. Office and maintenance staff are so great at keeping place running and looking great. Amenities are also always taken care of. New fire pit and grills set up by pool area. Can't wait to use. Can't imagine living any where else."
