100 North Apartments

"THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. I have been locked out of my apartment for over 3 hours…. 3 hours. Glad to know that I leave my apartment to go to the grocery store and come home to find out THAT I CANT GET INTO MY APARTMENT. I called the management company multiple time, and when I finally got a hold of someone, the property manager gave me the excuse that they are not open on weekends. That’s funny to call yourself a property manager, but when a tenant can’t get into their apartment, you don’t manage the property. A “manager” of any kind would do what it takes to ensure satisfaction on their customers behalf. So whenever you go to comment on this post and say please call the management office to find a solution, DONT, because you will not get help, and you will not find a solution. This is a poorly run operation, and I would be hellaciously embarrassed to be associated with Atrium Management."

"Landlord does not care about tenants that pay rent every month on time. I live in a building managed by these people in Umatilla and have all types of problems that they wont address. Just straight up ignore you. Also the hurricanes over the past years destroyed the roof and it took over two years to get the roof replaced and there are still leak spots all over the ceiling. They hurry up and repaint and “clean out” apartments for people to move in but wont address basic maintenance complaints. Also they were too concerned with construction of these apartments and the waterfront grill to come and repair our building."

"If I could give a zero, I totally would. The list is so long. Please know they will not contact you once you move in. Work orders are ignored. They don’t notify when pest control shows up… I have three police reports for this.. couldn’t even tell me the name… spiders are an issue… residents are completely on your own but you will get emails if you rent is late. City of Eustis has complaints people have reported to better business… it is overpriced… I could go on… please please investigate prior to moving in"

"Poor management. Their pest control man lets people into apartments if they say "I know the person who lives here" without verifying any kind of information. Also will leave them in the apartment alone. Dangerous and illegal. Also, there's not even an on site office to get into contact with anyone. They don't handle any kind of complaints ever and pay for good reviews."

"Just an FYI: There is no management on site. If a resident needs anything at all it has to be done on their website and good luck getting a response. The management is incognito. There is NO emergency number either. I have called numerous numbers but no one answers, its a generic voicemail. The apartment is modern and spacious. Check the response below...there is no office to contact."
