"Upcharged us for having an air mattress ( went from $95 to 115) and claimed our room was dirty when the workers confirmed we were the cleanest room there"

"Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Very comfy stay and close to some great restraunts. Close to downtown eustis, there is something going on every other Saturday. Just go down to the budget inn. Their rooms have been remodled and the staff is amazing."

"Service is outstanding with great nightly and weekly prices. Tony was a tremendous help and was very friendly along with his wife! Room was very clean with new ac and fridge. They were able to accommodate for handicap at a seconds notice . If your in the area and don't want to pay an arm and a leg and want friendly service, stop by and rent a room from here! Thanks Tony for the help and the friendly service!"

"Excellent is not even the word for it. friendly staff. They make you feel comfy. The rooms smell fresh and clean when you walk in. Remodled rooms. Bathrooms are very nice. Clean toilets and tubs and have not seen one roach since I got into my room. A/c is nice and cold. It's very quiet neighborhood. Lake in the back is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. The bathroom feels like an actual bathroom and not an in closed space to try and get in. Hot water. I would absolutely recommend this to friends, family and business travelers."

"I visited the room of a friend that was staying there and I have to say I was impressed. The building itself is clean and we'll maintained. The interior is also nicely done. My friends room was clean and neat but also nicely furnished. It seems to me that the owners take pride in their work and it shows. The Bugdet Inn is meant to be affordable and comfortable lodging which it is. It was also unexpectedly more than that. I would most definitely consider Budget Inn a place I would stay in if I ever need a room in that general location."
