"I enjoyed the years that I lived at Lyn Terrence. I had a two bedroom apartment ~ participated in the flower program, gathered food for the less fortunate people, decorated my door and porch for ever holiday season (including hanging up the colored lights) and took pride in my apartment. They even had cookouts for the residents to get together, mingle and eat! Was always excited to meet my fellow neighbors. When my momma retired, she became my live-in “snowbird from North East Georgia”. I looked forward to her visits every year. Plus~my neighbors enjoyed her visits too. She loved being so close to downtown Eustis and loved hanging out at the lakefront! I was born and raised in Central Florida and Eustis was less than an hours drive to my hometown, Kissimmee! When I moved away from Florida, I left on good terms (because you never know if you will ever need a place to go to.) I considered it a great place to live~ Tina Ayers"
"Not a bad place to live The only issue is we the tenants got a 230.00 rent increase .. Now mind you these apartments are old and the value of the apartments are not worth it at all.. They’re not even apartments, they’re manufactured homes… smh… 230.00 this is ridiculous……"
"I can’t believe anyone here is giving this place a bad review. It’s quiet (most people here are old) it’s extremely safe many officers live in the complex, and extremely cheap. By far the best value apartments in the area. Been here for 2 year. It’s fantastic. I loved the old management and the new management. Seriously bear complex I’ve ever lived in…. Only negative is building is kinda old."
"I moved from Virginia to be closer to my son. This was the apartment complex that he and his wife chose for me. They looked at several but this was by far the very best, the most important thing was the safety for me. I am truly in love with Lyn Terrace the staff is wonderful, they try and make your life happy. When you read reviews please take in account there are two sides to every thing, some people you just can’t please."
"I've lived here for almost 9 months and I truly have to say this is the best place I have ever lived. The neighbors are very friendly and extremely helpful, the Managers do an excellent Job of maintaining the property and keeping the yards very beautiful. All of us are encouraged to keep our yards beautiful too. These are single level apartments with outside patio and small yards . smaller animals are welcome and the rent is affordable."
