"The policy requiring a driver's license at the gate needs to be amended. I was attempting to visit a very sick friend and bring her children home from school for her. I had misplaced my driver's license temporarily that day and the guard refused to let me in the gate. I offered another VALID GOVERNMENT ID and he refused to accept it. The guard stated it was for "insurance reasons" in case I got in a car crash in the neighborhood. That is completely nonsensical because a DL does not mean you actually have car insurance. I then offered to show him my proof of auto insurance but to no avail. The guard made my very sick friend drive to the front of the neighborhood. I understand requiring ID to enter, but any valid government ID should be accepted. I'm shocked that the residents are willing to put up with this nonsense. It's also sad that the guard seemed to enjoy the whole exchange, I can't imagine being so excited to treat another person so poorly. There needs to be a process in place for situations like mine."

"Really really sad how unkind and unfriendly the staff is at the guard gate. All those HOA fees to pay guards who are lazy and nasty toward residents and visitors. I used to be a frequent guest of a former resident there and all of our friends and family loved Joe, who was the only friendly gate guard there. Called the gate tonight to see if Joe was still there so I could bring him a gift and say hello to such a kind man and old friend, and the guard curses at me and hangs up on me! All for asking if Joe is still around! Really speaks volumes on the experiences my friends had when they previously lived here!"

"Wonderful place to live but the HOA is terrible, they’ll harass you and talk nasty to you and when you treat them how they treat you, they act surprised and then Run back to there little board members to use all their power to try to evict you. These people got all the power going to their heads. That’s not to say all of them are bad of course, some people on the board are actually respectful and polite."
