"We lived at The Grove for a year during the construction of our house, and it was a fantastic overall experience. Previously, we resided in the neighboring apartment complex, The Advenir, and the contrast was striking. The Grove not only offers superior units and facilities but also has a great management team with super nice people. The amenities are impressive, the apartments are modern, impeccably clean, and comfortable. The only downside I can think of is that parking, especially late at night, can be a little challenging. Unfortunately, it is an issue we have encountered in every apartment complex we've lived in. However, despite this minor inconvenience, The Grove remains a wonderful place to live, offering excellent facilities and a conveniently strategic location."

"I'm enjoying this place for over 4 months now. The community is great, the gym has state-of-the-art equipment. Right between downtown Clermont and Winter Garden. The trail is amazing for bike riding. Live very close to Bella Colina. Community staff is always ready to help."

"Been living here for about 3 months now and have really enjoyed it. The apartments have their own individual entrances right off the street which I love! Really gives you that townhouse feel. You probably will hear your upstairs neighbor but that’s to be expected. They just announced new management so time will tell how that impacts things.
