"Don’t live in here. The apartment are old and shabby, and the won’t fix them and come up with excuses. Water leaks from the floor in the bathroom, I have to wear shoes to even step foot in the bathroom. I told them mold is growing in the air vents and they told me it was like “dirt” and they cleaned it out and that’s it. Now it’s growing back worse and we’re noticing breathing problems. DONT MOVE HERE!!"
"They need to lower the monthly payments on these apartments because they're old and beat up. The owner will never return your phone call."
"***update they let it leak for 4 weeks. And when I say leak I mean rain. My kids slept in the living room for a month. They sealed the leak but fixed none of the damage or checked for mold. This place is not worth the money. The a/c constantly stops working. My kids ceiling has been leaking every time it rains for the last 2 weeks. They have come to look at it 4 times since it started. One guy just keeps saying he don't know how to fix it and the other said he needs times bc he's short staffed. I was also told my apartment would be updated if i stayed seeing how new people bought it out and they raised the prices. I was fine paying 695 before but now i pay 945 and nothing has been done to accommodate the price i am paying. The boarding on the bottom of the wall is ate up and you can clearly tell that it it water damage. Every now and again my water heater leaks. Every outlet in my house has to have something pushed up against it or whats plugged in wont stay plugged in. Its absolutely not worth the money. I wouldn't care if they would just fix the leaks and give my a new fridge and stove. And no matter how much u clean or have them spray the roaches will find their way back i . Save yourself the trouble. Because they don't care"

"NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!!! These apartments may be cheap but by the time you have to fix everything that gets vandalized like your car you could afford a better apartment. Please take my advice look elsewhere because the only thing management cares about here is that rent check every month. Not going to say any more because I don't want to face any future repercussions."
