"Is a excellent place to living everything is near have a lots of commerce around high school the maintenance is active the administration is response fast and efficient the common areas is clean the neighborhood is very quite have a laundry pool area and gym the school is 3 minutes car distance 10 minutes walking the rent is very great deal when you compare 10 miles around near by highway 1-4 in 5 minutes the apartment b-22 biggest 2-1 is available in April 4-2023 have a garden view second floor wide stairs is including a/c stove oven refrigerator grease collection dishwasher balcony glass windows pet friendly the man in charge Josh is a wonderful gentleman open to talk with you at anytime i respect is very professional any questions you have is a open book the apartment have a handyman worker’s for quick response neighborhood every body friendly peaceful safe neighborhood is you looking for a place for you and family or single this is the perfect place don’t lost the opportunity remember April 4 -2023 2-1 apt b 22 is available ready to move same day."

The trees are regularly trimmed and the landscaping is well taken care of. The management has always been pleasant to deal with as well. "The pool has been closed the entire time I have lived there. The fitness center equipment doesn’t work. Almost 900 a month for a 1 bedroom and no working amenities is a joke"

Josh is an exceptional property manager and was always available and accommodating. The on site laundry is convenient and the pool was very well maintained. Every maintenance issue we had, which were only a couple, was handled within 24 hours if not sooner. We had great neighbors and ample parking. My family and I loved our time here."
