"This was by far one of the worst living experiences I ever had, as well as the first (1st apartment after living w/ my parents). I understand this is a low income apartment complex but I feel like there’s no excuse for this. I was told repeatedly they would fix it up for me, and it was never done, a whole year. This is partially my fault bcs I should’ve let them do it first before signing anything. I felt like I was living in someone else’s filth I tried numerous things to fix it myself and nothing worked. There’s a photo of a kitchen closet that I never used, only for my mop, bcs it was so filthy & would not come clean. I also had to pay $200 in toilet damages to avoid being evicted that were already going on the first DAY I moved in. Over the course of about 7 months I had numerous plumbing issues. Leakage, water coming from the toilet into the tub (I know this bcs I use toilet sanitizer & it makes the water blue), parts exploding etc. I was told first I needed a new toilet, by previous land lord. The current land lord said the same thing without knowledge of the previous land lord saying the same thing. Then it was an excuse ab not being able to fix it bcs the pipes are “underground” & that it would happen again AFTER it was “fixed” & still had to pay $200 in toilet damages. I wouldn’t even give this place one star. My first apartment and I was so disappointed. So beware!!"
