"During the summers, the air conditioning doesn’t work very well. My bill was over $500 and I would come home from work to a 90 degree apartment. Now this may be a Duke Energy issue but nonetheless it is quite the headache. Other than that, I love living here."

"DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE Absolutely disgusting the maintenance do not respond to calls. The compact trash is nasty. There’s a lot of trash always outside the compartment. No one cleans the trash. It’s disgusting Yasmin is the manager at Sundance Apartment. She’s absolutely rude and nasty. Please be aware do not rent this apartment for future residence. I was a tenant there and I can attest to the maintenance and to the staffing in Sundance apartment in Clermont. please, I’m begging future residence DO NOT rent in Sundance apartment in Clermont . PLEASE I AM BEGGING DO NOT RENT"

"Terrible maintenance service, called multiple times no answer followed back in about 4 days, “week days” also when you move out they charge ridiculous fees, as “Yasmine” says furniture outside the compactor is a charge, when I didn’t even leave no furniture out the compactor. And they charge for carpet replacement due to pet stains???! I don’t even have a PET. Highly suggest anyone interested in moving here please look somewhere else."

"Update: With many people knocking on our door recently who do not appear to live here it is extremely frustrating we have been constantly told that the front gate will be fixed and that someone came to look at it. We have even been told “it should be fixed within the next week” and I have never seen anyone out there working on it. It has been broken since we toured in September and all throughout our time here. People coming in that should not be here and knocking when there is supposed to be no soliciting is extremely frustrating. Keep your word or do not say it will be fixed!!! We are paying for all the amenities in this complex including the “gated” aspect. Previous: Daniel in the office was so helpful throughout the whole approval process! He was great at communicating with us in a timely manner and got us into a floor plan that works great for us at a reasonable price. We have enjoyed our first few weeks at Sundance! It’s a quiet community in a good area with so much to do around!"

"I just moved in so I haven’t experienced much within the community as yet. However, Daniel is amazing. Very helpful and I couldn’t think of any questions when he was done with his presentation. Both selling and welcoming. I believe I will enjoy Sundance as my home."
