"I wish i could give a better review , but i unfortunately the service was a big let down . I was trying to relocate from NYC to Florida and Rosemont Clermont was supposed to be the place for me - Being that the application fee and deposit are non-refundable i expected better customer service . I wasn't notified at all about my status of the application , so i had to call in - I was trying to let them know my pay stubs are not the real reflection of my new 2024 pay increase in which i had several documents from my boss showing that i will be making more . Now one cared to check the other documents in the applications and Jordan just emailed me out of the blue and sent via email that " I dont make the income requirements according to my pay stubs " EVEN though i had other documents uploaded showing my new pay increase !! ( VERY FRUSTRATING ) especially Being that i'm trying to find a place to move in by 12/15-12/18 . After finally calling in and getting to Jordan , I let him know about my new offer letter ( which was already uploaded ) and he told me that he was going to let his supervisor know on 12/4 . I emailed and called the office next day for the status and no one gave me the courtesy of calling back or emailing me just so i can get reassurance of whats going on . At this point i'm very frustrated and ended up applying to another apartment complex in Orlando ( which was more prompt and able to get me moved in by my preferred date ) . After 7 days of not hearing ANYTHING AT ALL from the leasing office - Jordan gave me a call so randomly while i was at work to let me know i was approved , again this is very frustrating to hear because you guys were my first pick and the fact that there was terrible communication i had to look else where. I would be skeptical applying here due to the fact that whether your approved or denied - none of the entire applications fees are refundable to be getting poor communication like this ."
"I am really disgusted with the bad assistance they gave me... since the month of September 2023 we filled out an application and although I meet all the requirements I never received an answer, I have tried to be patient because I received emails about changes in the staff, but the truth is I feel that they only took more than $300 dollars for nothing... it's been more than 2 months and I didn't even receive an call or email to tell me if We do not qualify or something like that..."
"I have lived in many different communities across several states over the years. I have never experienced such exceptional service! Jordan has been a true life saver during my move to Florida. He has gone above and beyond to ensure my family is comfortable during this transition! I am so thankful for his attention to detail, effective communication skills, and support. I would give this community 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Jordan!"
"I do not recommend anyone move to this community until the Leasing Office staff take responsibility and are held accountable for the UNACCEPTABLE state our unit was in for our move-in at the end of August. Office personnel did not verify that all repairs were complete or that cleaning was done satisfactorily. They didn't even walk the unit prior to our move-in, and have yet to step foot in my unit to see the issues we were left with dealing at move-in. Dirty walls, Dorito/Cheeto-finger stains, not vacuumed fully/properly, live roaches running around (during daylight at that!), roach feces all over outlet covers, dead roaches in the dish washer, shower faucet leaking (still leaking now two week AFTER move-in), fridge and freezer handles taped on with duct tape, JUST TO NAME A FEW THINGS. I hope the photos show a glimpse of the unit we were handed keys to. We notified the leasing office of the state of the unit on move-in date, they asked for photos and were "shocked" to hear what we were saying about the apartment. When I asked Jordan who in the office verified our apartment was ready, he couldn't say. He hadn't done it. I asked Anita the community manager the same question, and she hadn't done the walk either, but the cleaning company was in our unit "for hours." They also told us they didn't see evidence of roaches, so pest control didnt treat our unit before move-in. I was told that the cleaning company would be contacted and they would update us, and that pest would come out on Tuesday (when they are scheduled to be at the community). We didn't get any updates or communications. Apparently they rescheduled the cleaning company to come out, but didn't tell us. Five days into our new lease, my partner spent three hours cleaning a NASTY apartment unit that was NOT her responsibility to do, so we could move our belongings in. Pest didn't come on Tuesday. Turns out that the front office never made a copy of our unit key. They also never called us to tell us that, and that pest couldn't treat. We only found out after calling the office and asking if pest control came to our unit. I guess that isn't standard protocol? So we had to live in a unit with an active roach population for an additional week due to the office's blunder. Someone in the office also took in upon themselves to cancel the cleaning company from coming back out, after hearing that my partner cleaned the unit by herself. It wasn't my partner's job to clean this unit but I guess Rosemont will wipe their hands clean and have their new tenants clean their "move-in ready unit" for them. The cleaning company showed up two weeks after our move-in, announced 30 minutes before their arrival. The cleaner said she spoke with Anita the day before to confirm that she would be cleaning our unit the next day. Anita never called my Partner or I, but for the 30 minute call prior to the cleaner showing up. I have a dog in my unit that wasn't put away because we weren't expecting a cleaner. What if my dog got out? Jordan has said to me that this isn't "Rosemont's Standard" and it's "embarrassing" but at every turn - communication is horrible, no one will admit fault and responsibility. I'm told the unit is liveable, so nothing will be done to compensate us for what we have had to deal with. Anita said there's nothing she can do, so I've asked for the regional manager's contact info. I've yet to hear from Heather, the regional manager, after sending two emails, and leaving a voicemail at the corporate office - we're being told that she's "a very busy woman who manages many properties." Is this the Titan Corp standard on how it operates its properties? I've lived at several apartment communities since I've been of-age to do so. This is the most disappointing experience thus far. We're more comfortable now, thankfully, due to our own accord and actions. It's unfortunate that we had to get the unit in an acceptable state ourselves for that to happen."
"We lived here for 2 years only because we didn’t have another option due to rental costs. We had constant issues with the AC resulting in outrageous electrical bills. The problem was never really fixed, just band aids that were always a temporary fix. The complex is filthy, garbage piled up by the dumpster which half the time wasn’t functional. The hallways and stairs were disgusting, littered with garbage and desperately needing pressure washed. The whole complex is so poorly lit that we never felt safe walking at night, as most of the lights were never replaced or broken. This is a serious safety issue that is just just begging for a law suit. The front gate was never functional from day 1 when we moved in, a selling feature that the leasing agents use when touring the property to emphasize a safe community. So many unwanted guests entered the property resulting in them towing cars that didn’t belong. The amenities: the pool was closed on a regular basis for “maintenance “ and the gym was dirty, with no proper cleaning products provided after use, disgusting! These are amenities that you pay for as part of your rent and they weren’t available for use! MANAGEMENT: start using the exorbitant amount of money you collect every month toward taking care of this community that desperately needs help! The only positive is LOCATION. Easy access to the trail, shopping and dining."
