"I lived in the Arbours for 3 years and can say the experience was the best apartments I have lived in. The property manager is really sweet and willing to help with any questions about Leesburg. The neighborhood is quiet even on the weekends. There are a few kids who play at the basketball court where I like to workout occasionally and they are so sweet. The pool is cleaned regularly and it’s never overcrowded. Maintenance will usually get to you within 48 hours, and any emergency I’ve ever had (maybe 2 since being there) they respond within a few hours. The landscaping is kept up regularly and the roofs on all of the buildings were replaced last year. I’m going to miss this area and some of my neighbors ❤️"
