"This play was disgusting and unsafe to stay at. We had to evacuate due to hurricane Idalia and booked over the phone. Hotel is pet friendly however the will force you to book extra rooms due to more than 2 pets so we had to booked two. We were unable to stay in one of the rooms due to exposed electrical wires, no smoke detector, fifthly walls, appeared to be feces, dead roaches, and blood stained sheets. I did speak with manager at"

"Absolutely disgusting with bugs! You can tell they didn’t even try to clean the place. The door in the bathroom didn’t even close all the way, it was falling apart, honestly, they should be ashamed! I’ve never asked for a refund so fast in my life."

"Title: Disappointing Experience at Roadway Inn Leesburg Fla Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently stayed at Roadway Inn Leesburg Fla, and unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing experience. I feel compelled to share my concerns and frustrations in this review. First and foremost, the behavior of the owner was intrusive and inappropriate. The owner displayed an excessive amount of nosiness, which made guests feel uncomfortable during their stay. It's disheartening to hear that even individuals who have spent significant amounts of money at the hotel were treated poorly and, in some cases, kicked out, potentially leaving them homeless again. This lack of compassion is deeply concerning. Furthermore, it seems that the management takes advantage of their employees. Overworking staff members and expressing displeasure when they request time off for personal matters or to handle personal business is simply unfair. Employees are entitled to a work-life balance, and their well-being should be a priority. It is not acceptable for the owner to pressure employees into entering guest rooms to inspect their belongings. This invasion of privacy is a breach of trust and goes against basic hospitality principles. As a customer, I believe that all guests and employees deserve respect, privacy, and fair treatment. Unfortunately, my experience at Roadway Inn Leesburg Fla fell short of these expectations. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the overall guest experience and work environment. I would caution potential guests to consider these issues before booking a stay at this hotel. There are likely better options available in the area that prioritize guest comfort, employee well-being, and ethical practices."
