"Wifi didn't work. The room smelled awful. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Hardly anywhere to park. Roach in bathroom and in room. Very noisy. The bathtub was super old and patched up. Never will stay here again."

"Booked this hotel ahead of time and noone was there to check me in. Was in the lobby for about 35 to 40 minutes before i left. Called them again 15 or 20 minutes later and noone there still. Called choice hotels and they said i couldnt cancel so i called my CC company and disputed the charge and booked a hotel down the road. Hotel seemed kinda sketchy anyways."

"Very dirty floors in room (did not sweep or vacuum). We came in late after a long drive, and went straight to bed. We were so tired. In the morning, we could see the nature of the room. The toilet flushed on it's own about every 5 minutes and the walls are paper thin. The toilet was Disgusting. The breakfast was so minimal. We did not complain, we just left to start our day"

"This one really sucks Been here for 4 weeks had paid ahead with no refund. Yet I am a Platinum guest. If I where to manage this place I would look for another job.The house keeping sucks, the Continental breakfast sucks they never have it ready by 6:00am thats when they start getting it ready.The biscuits are cold (when they have them out) the sausage gravy is not even warm no Waffle mix not there no syrup either. I got sick the first time to eat the breakfast for 1 week had the runs it sucks, The rooms they put screaming children 3rd floor and down even do construction for days, The 4th floor is quiet. I had asked to be moved for 2 weeks from 3rd to fourth floor several times finally talked to manager the other night he finally moved to me 4th floor that was at 6pm been here for 2 days so far quiet.The manager is not talking to his employees it seems most of do not speak english. I am a Veteran I fought for America As President Roosevelt said “In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. They should not serve the breakfast if they can not have it ready by 6am,They should prepare it starting at 5:00 so every thing would be hot and ready. Refrigerate the creamer heat the biscuits just get it ready then and check all persons there for their key card. MANAGER get it to gather.SUCKS if there was a lower star rating that would not even cover all. They charge too much even if it was $40.00 a night it sucks. Even Wifi hardly works none today."

"We had stayed in a Sleep Inn in Ocala last year and enjoyed it so I thought for a few days getaway this one couldn't be that bad. First off they tryed to charge my credit card even tho I had marked I pay when I arrive. Check in is at 3:00 and we arrived at 3:40. Thank goodness my bank stopped it because of no authorization. The room was ok and fairly clean except the window. It was dirty and cloudy. The hallways had a strange odor to them as if they used too much chemical on the carpets to clean. The breakfast was kind of a joke. Eggs, biscuits, sausage and gravy were cold and dried out. Also I did not like the idea they let the street homeless walk right in and take the food. Food counters were not kept clean and neither were the tables. There were too many strange people just loitering around. I definitely would stay away from this Sleep Inn."
