"You'll always find negative reviews no matter where you go, but I have nothing except praise for this place. Unfortunately, I have to move away due to circumstances changing, but you should know the management here is fantastic (shoutout to Amanda!) Every single time I've needed something repaired or looked at they promptly send someone to come fix it. Every time I've had a question, Amanda is patient to explain and help me understand. The community washers and dryers are inexpensive and always work, the garbage is always picked up in a timely manner and never overflowing, and I think I've literally seen two or three bugs in the entire year I've lived here (No big deal, that's life!) Barring the potential of unsavory neighbors (which no one can control), I'd say Emerald Run is a nice, quiet place to live that's close to basically everything in town. What more could you want? Highly recommended!"

"This was a great first apartment while living as a student at Southeastern University! It's so close to campus, and I always felt safe within the complex, even at night. A good portion of the other people living here are also college students, so everyone is pretty chill and friendly. While you don't have a lot of included amenities (dishwasher, laundry inside the apartment, disposal, etc), they do this to help keep the costs down, and it's definitely one of the cheapest rents in the area that feels safe (believe me; we looked all over haha). We also got a lot more square space than we would have at a place that has a lot of those built in amenities, and we really enjoyed being able to host a good amount of people in our apartment for game nights and such because of it! For what it was, it was definitely worth the experience that we had here, and we were more than happy to give up some of the amenities in exchange for how affordable it was. Amanda and the other apartment staff were always so friendly and easy to work with too!"

"I moved into Emerald Run Apartments with my college roommate after we graduated from Southeastern University in 2017. We felt it was a nice apartment and super affordable, plus we knew some other students had been there and really liked it. Honestly, Emerald Run was an amazing apartment complex to be in! My roommate moved out and my husband ended up moving in and the process was made easy with Amanda at the front office. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Overall, the other tenants were either very friendly or just kept to themselves. Amanda, along with Lyle and one of the maintenance guys, Jesse, made living there amazing. We moved out in summer of 2021 due to relocating for a job. I can fully recommend moving into Emerald Run Apartments!"

"I moved to Emerald Run Apartments right out of college in 2016. It’s the first place I lived in on my own, and I was amazed how affordable it was and how safe it is. I looked many different places before I found ERA, and I’m so glad I found it! I feel safe here, and rent rates are amazing compared to other places I looked at. Management is kind, and they’re always looking out for their residents. They are pet-friendly and have their very own dog park for their residents who have dogs. I love living here and would highly recommend Emerald Run to anyone looking for a first-time apartment or to anyone looking for an affordable place that is clean, well kept, and highly maintained!"
