"Apartments that don't feel like apartments. Interiors are upgraded with granite countertops and beautiful white cabinetry. Lots of space. Big kitchens with a full-sized pantry. Huge bedroom closet."

"I'm not a tenant. Was just curious to find out how much was the rent per month? Also what's included? Mt wife and I would be interested if not to much."

"Now I lived in the south Bronx so, this by far wasn’t the worst place I ever lived however there are some things to note. The overall apartment is nice. Spacious closet, decent bedroom size, the bathroom and kitchen share the same counter top design, ample living space size with a connecting dining space huge bar set up in the kitchen. The apartment was recently “renovated” and by renovated I mean it looks pretty at the surface but underneath there are problems. We found issues with the water seal in our sink, tub faucets are cheap so they spay water everywhere kitchen cabinets are obviously old and painted over, pantry doors pop right off the hinges and screech extremely loud. My door doesn’t have a peep hole. The area is sub-par for what we’re paying. When driving out of the complex there isn’t a stop sign since it was blown off by the storm last year. The laundry room is usually a huge mess. Most days there is lint everywhere. None of the washers actually wash clothes and they’re about three good dryers. There’s a key code however it’s just for show and since the area is full of homeless don’t leave your clothes because they will get stolen. Since the duration of my lease I’ve never seen the pool emptied and properly cleaned. By the way putting seashells in an area where people are bear foot ISNT A GOOD IDEA! There are new owners claiming we can’t have personal grills however the ones provided by the complex are disgusting. There’s also dog poop everywhere by the pool. The maintenance guys are cool but the patch up jobs are just that so since I’m a stay at home mom all they’re “fixes” never actually fix anything. For just a temporary place to call home it’s cool but there are much better options for permanent residence. EDIT 1: I’m no longer a resident however I did add some photos from my time of residence. Thank you for your reply."

"Love living here especially since the new owners took over, they have the greatest staff now. Anytime I have any questions I have gotten with Devon in the office and she takes care of it right away. The Maintenance guy Jeff has gone over and beyond with helping me get my apartment right. Couldn't have asked for a more friendly and professional staff."
