"My husband and I have lived here over a year now and really enjoy it here! The apartments are spacious and modern which I love! BridgeWater is a pet friendly apartment complex. "Bridgewater has the largest apartments in Lakeland. They also have many wonderful amenities from the pool, gym, lake, dog park , the hard working maintenance crew to the club house, food trucks, contests, and seasonal treats but the thing that keeps us here is the office team. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. From giving us a condolence card after a death in the for great customer service.. family , to participating in a breast cancer walk. (Very near and dear to me at the moment) but the main thing I like about the office staff (Holly) is that she listened and she values us as good tenants by going the extra mile to accommodate us in the changes in our lives that are going on right now. There is a lot to be said about great customer service."
"We’ve lived here since June 2022 and have enjoyed our time here immensely. The apartment size is amazing. We’ve been fortunate enough to have great neighbors. The community itself has just been great. We love all of the events the office staff have planned and can’t wait to see what else they in store for the residents."
