"My children and I have lived here for almost a year (I just renewed my lease!) and I love it! The location is so close to the all the shops and restaurants yet still feels quiet and peaceful. Management is also fantastic. They are quick to respond to messages and get things taken care of very quickly. Dogs are welcomed with open arms. There is a small dog park in the complex as well as a playground with a dog park a short walk away. The pool area is always well maintained and so is the gym. I can’t say enough good things!"

"We lived here for almost 6 years and if I could have stayed there forever I would. Q & Keith are the absolute best. They really set the bar high. Everything always ran so smoothly. The apartments are great for the cost. The grounds are well kept. Things are fixed within a day, if not immediately. I always felt safe there and my kid could play with her friends outside without having to worry. It's a very pet and family friendly community. My dog still perks up when he sees a golf cart because he thinks it's Keith coming to pet him. You're also super close to literally everything here (stores, parks, restaurants, medical facilities, a golf course), but it doesn't "feel" like you're in the middle of the city. It's such a convenient location and just a nice quiet little place to call home. If we ever find ourselves back in Lakeland, I'd definitely want to live here again."
