"Carlton Arms is not a bad place to live but is not a place that I would recommend either, they advertised themselves as luxury apartments but inside of the apartments everything is covered in paint (landlord special) had a hole in the ceiling from the AC, one of the maintenance guys told us it was going to be fixed and never happened. A neighbor installed a fan near to my carport and I got a letter from the office accusing me of using their property power, and that I needed to remove it immediately... how can they accused someone without having a real proof other than the picture of the fan? Jeez!!! The day I returned the keys the fan was still in the carport, seems like they never found the responsible of it even though I told them who the owner of the fan was... I got a statement of my water bill according to the statement I owed them $40+ and I ended up being charged $131+ ... I'm glad I moved."
