"Have had nothing but maintenance issues. For time a/c went out and it took them 2 weeks to come fix it. A/c went out a second time, was at 80 degrees and they said it had to wait til the next day after it had already been at 80 for 2 days. My washer was broken for almost 2 weeks before they came to look at it. Told me they needed to order a part and never heard from them again. They also never came and fixed my dryer. The facilities are a mess. The buildings and walk ways are dirty. They want to charge a fee of $25 per day for each day you keep your trashcan outside your door which was provided by them, but they can’t clean up their own complex. Worst complex I have lived in."

"When we originally toured this place, BrendaLiz was our leasing agent. She was so warm and friendly and super communicative and informative. She went above and beyond to make sure our process of signing our lease and moving in went fast and smooth. My boyfriend, our puppy and I have since called this place our home. It truly feels like a home to us. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is amazing. There’s not been one occasion where I’ve had maintenance complete a work order without them being so friendly, so accommodating, and fast. I want to shout out Paul and David specifically. They are so kind, fast and helpful and respond quickly to all of our work orders! I am super grateful to call The Retreat At Lakeland home and I look forward to more time spent here with my family. "If I were you, I would never rent from this company or this apartment complex. They will not take ownership for the work there people don’t do. It’s always some excuse. The gate has not worked in over a year. The apartments have mold which they will never admit to even when we were sick from it. We moved to another apartment they put a new ac in it and never put heat so when it got cold we turned on the heat but there was none. They ordered the wrong part and had to reorder it. We had no heat for a week and I was watching my grand daughter. They brought me one space heater and said that’s all they had. Now we have termites in our building. The trash people leave a mess with your trash and the office can never take responsibility. This is by far the worst place I have lived. Do yourself a favor and look else where. Office managers could care less. The guys didn’t show up to finish my floor before I moved in and they said once I got settled they would come fix it I’m still waiting three months later. They can’t keep workers. They won’t Compensate us for the no heat, even though it’s in the contract. This company is a joke. Renter beware!!!!!!!! The fact that I was just in the office trying to talk to y'all yesterday right before I wrote this review and you did nothing !!! So don’t say call yall .Call for what?"
