"Don’t move here unless you’re desperate for an “affordable” apartment. Trust me, the price of the apartments isn’t worth the issues that come with them. Be ready to have roaches and bugs as consistent roommates, bath tubs with cold water or water that won’t turn off, maintenance that looks at issues as says there’s nothing wrong without taking a full look, and a front office staff that doesn’t answer the phone, emails, etc. The price in these apartments go up every year but the improvements of the place are nonexistent. Just don’t move here."
"Ms Daise is the lady. She is turning things around. She is always trying to help in the best way she can. She tries her absolute best to make sure the community is great and the people are happy and comfortable She is amazing and makes the place a comfortable to stay!"
"I stayed in unit 77 for 2 years. They raised the rent by $1,200 each year ($100 more monthly). The units are very old and when it rains you will have mold problems. The trash area in the back is a problem, always a mess with large rodents. Beware of large wolf spiders and cockroaches."
"I applied here and they denied my for evection through an email. I have never been evicted anywhere my whole life. I tried several times to contact the office to ask about it and they would ignore me. I had all 3 of my credit reports to double check anyway, nothing. Office is a scam. Being in the military and seeing business's treat people like this is disgusting. Definitely will be reporting to other agencies."
"Very peaceful nice walking areas and paths. Nice family place. There are a number of picnic tables and areas for family gatherings. Just a place to go and enjoy nature and not spend money in doing so"
