"Fixed dryer knob, did a thorough job he fixed the panel so the problem would not occur again. Again! Roberto 5 star Again!!!!! Roberto is always professional, thorough, and fixes it the right way so it doesn’t require additional man hours. Roberto is also very kind and caring and listens to problems and does the best to fix him for the residents."
"I want to thank Roberto in maintenance. He is quick and efficient with the service. We had a slew of issues with the bathroom from the vents being dirty to holes in the tiles causing mold and growths to spread. No amount of cleaning and scrubbing with bleach would remove it. He patched everything up for us and made it look new again. Thank you!"
