"My wife and i lived there back in 2019. When the pandemic hit, we couldnt keep our home and had to move in with family 4 hours away. Sandra, the property manager advised us that we wright a letter of moving because of covid and we would be cleared of the contractual obligation. Now they have gone after us in collections for over 5000 dollars. They will lie cheat and practically steal from you"
"Welcome to Cypress Oaks as of Sept/October 2023 UPDATE: The new management is niw retaliating against anyone who spoke out on the conditions. Myself and my 10 year old daughter were forced to move (blessing in disguise) and there are others on here experiencing the harassment (Never missed a payment in 10 years n all of a sudden i started having issues) and retaliation. BEWARE ROACHES. FLEAS. ZERO UPKEEP. NO PEST CONTROL."
"I’ll save anyone the hassle now don’t move into cypress oaks at all ! Worst management and worst maintenance! No work orders get completed! Work orders go missing after being submitted, mind you i submitted multiple work orders back in October of 2022 and some how theres no record of any work orders i submitted! This place is a joke but they have time to put notices on everyone’s door about trash fee’s going up to 75 dollars per bag but neglect to get a larger trash compactor which clearly isn’t big enough for the complex if it’s a ongoing issue every other week. Work order placed on the 2nd and I’m being told I can’t get a date in which they will complete it I asked will it be done by end of month yes or no she says I can’t tell you that! but I bet the 1st comes and they will want their rent payment!The list of issues we have at this place can go on and on."
"New management is extremely unprofessional and rude. She's never in the office. And one of the amenities that they offer moving here is access to the pool, the pool has been closed for 3 years.The buildings have a roach infestation and out of control mildew problem. They rarely fix repairs. My stove has been on the maintenance log for over a year. They have a high management and maintenance turnover. Which makes it almost impossible to get your repairs fixed. The hallway and stairs are covered in bugs, bug droppings ,spider webs and dirt. It's not worth the price they charge. If I can get them a zero I would."
