"My mother has lived in this community for 13 years. The place was fine when she first moved there, but it has gone downhill. The place constantly has bug problems. They keep changing pest control companies and each company is worst than the last one. The maintenance staff is nice, but every time they fix something another thing breaks. The materials in these apartments are cheap. The flooring in the kitchen tore open after a maintenance man moved a refrigerator into my mom’s kitchen a few years back. It was never fixed. Their director, Lauren, has been incredibly unprofessional. She didn’t communicate with my mom when she was sending pest control to spray the apartment and then was rude when my mom asked her about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You can get a nicer place for the amount of rent they charge here."

"I applied and got denied called the office they said to contact the company that handles applications then they told me to contact the screening company… waste of time and money i paid 350 holding plus 180 for application … funny thing was thell answer that phone to you until they hit you for that money then completely ghost you dont apply please yall work to hard to be getting got like me! btw i was well over the income requirement"

"I applied for an apartment here, they asked many many many documents, I've sent all the documents and receive the mails saying: it not enough, so what is the enough information to accept people? Just take the aplication money and ask more and more documents but never answer if you're acepted or not. So bad system. I'm really disappointed."

"Very unprofessional staff and management. Not only did my husband and I make the income requirements. We were told we did not. So we got a guarantor. My father makes well over the requirements. Yet still denied without explanation. I had a coworker call and ask the exact same questions regarding qualifications and they were told less than what I was told and different. Lauren “the manager” seemed nonchalant and uncaring about the issue. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Please be aware of the racism in this establishment."

"This is place is super racist the office staff after getting my information kept changing the requirements, I have great credit, with a combined income made more than the requirement. After being denied saying I didn’t make enough. I offered a guarantor who made 5 times the rent and was told still didn’t make enough. I had a coworker a white male call and talk about the application process not only where they do friendly to him assuring him he shouldn’t have a problem unlike how rude they were to me, they told him they only requirement was 2 times the rent. Me and him make the same. So if you are a person of color don’t waste your time. Even the office staff was extremely rude unlike how sweet they were to him."
