"We used to love it here with the original community director but this new one once they don’t like you they make sure to go out of their way to make you uncomfortable enough to want to move. New rules yearly, maintenance used to come immediately to help fix whatever needed to be fixed now they take months if they don’t like you, they are in on it as well to make you uncomfortable and targeted. The rent increases are literally outrageous we pay too much to be harassed the way we do here. Hopefully changes will be made for the better with unbiased true professionals."
"Stay very far away from this community!!! Rent goes up yearly. You aren’t allowed to decorate for holidays. Kids running around breaking everything. Trash compactor is always broke or stuffed with trash that you have to take your trash back home or you will get fined. They setup new rules yearly. Cant even have a chair out front cause you will be fined. Everything they find that they dont like or approve of they make a new rule and you wont be able to do it anymore or you will be fined of evicted. I am a current resident at this community and know very well whats going on. The lady in charge doesn’t give a dang about anybody but herself."
"Incompetent office staff. They do not answer the phone. They are note and memo n azis. We do not own a dog, however we routinely receive notes about picking up after our dog. what dog? The manager is to weak to confront the actual tenets that break the community rules. I am all for companies that are fair chance employers, but you shouldn't hire active c r ack h e ads. Let them go through recovery first"
"I been here for about a year now and I have to say Jack from the front office is great! He is always on top of everything and just such a great person. As for maintenance, I’m speechless! Moise the maintenance guy there, is amazing great personality, gets his work done and does an amazing job overall."
