Wildwood Preserve Apartments

"When my family and I first moved in, it was an awesome friendly wonderful place to live. The office staff and Property Manager Tatayana Villa was here this place was Top Notch, she would work with you if you fell on hard times or needed help because of any personal, financial, work etc issue that came up. And even gave you resources to help with your needs and was always able to reach in person phone email ALWAYS!!!! Now with a whole new crew they don't care. The property is not beautiful anymore. Landscapers don't care how they make property look. Spiders all over hallway and unclean bugs constantly coming thru under doors and bee's by doors. Trying to ask them to help you or work with you because your trying your hardest to not Break or Breach your lease THEY COULD NOT CARE AT ALL. I had a Heart Attack and Stroke together last year 12/07/2022 and was partially paralyzed until May of this year and we lived on 3rd floor Tatyana Villa atleast put me on second floor because I was using walker to move to help me. But then she left due to emergencies ( BUT SHE IS SO MISSED) NOW my husband has been diagnosed with Severe Muscular Dystrophy and has been put on Long Term Disability thru his job, so we have taken a hefty income decrease. And because I reached out a month ago and asked the office if they would accept Government Assistance to pay our rent trying to play catch up and pay on time. Nobody would get back to me until a few days ago and said I have 7 days to provide verification I can afford my $1809.00 monthly rent for a 2/2. Or my lease will be terminated. Mind you I'm still partially paralyzed in right foot and still have heart problems along with a husband who can't do much because of his Severe Muscular Dystrophy and a 4 yr old who is prone to chronic pneumonia and in/out hospital every month. And they have absolutely NO SYMPATHY. NO HEART OR WANT TO TRY AND HELP MY FAMILY KEEP OUR ROOF OVER OUR HEAD. SO I GUESS WHAT LITTLE BIT OF STUFF WE DO HAVE WILL HAVE TO GO TO GARBAGE AND HOPE WE FIND A SHELTER UNTIL WE CAN FIND A AFFORDABLE APARTMENT AGAIN."

"All of the comments here are true! Stay away from this place. Worse experience I ever had. They charged me over $3,000 dollars when I brought a house and gave them 60 days notice of vacating. I kept asking the office how much I owed them and they said we will bill you when you move out. The 1st bill was almost $5,ooo then,I pointed out the issues including safety. Squatter's (illegals), we're living in the garages on the property and drunk in the playground area when the office was notified the manager said she would check the cameras. Nothing was done. Issues with garbage everywhere and parking. They dropped the price to $3,500. Still to much! This is for a 1 small 1 bedroom. Then the guy who I was dealing with was screaming at me telling me I was in collections when I just received the bill after I moved out. These people that run this place are scum! Stay away!"

"Rare occasion that I write a review but we had such a great experience with the manager here, which has not been the case for my husband & I at other properties we’ve visited. She was very personable, helpful & so patient with our children. She made us feel like family. We loved the apartment we toured (could use some updating on appliances) but good overall. Parking here would also appear to be an issue. I wish we could move forward with this location but just not in our budget."

"*WARNING: DO NOT RENT HERE* Do not agree to anything verbally. Make sure to get everything in writing otherwise they charge thousands in unexpected fees. This is the worst experience I've had renting I would highly warn against renting here or doing business with Concord Management. Besides that, there is virtually no guest parking available and they send maintenance in at random times to spy on residents. Hopefully you have no problems because if you call or go to the office nobody is available. I've also had the police knock on my door 3 times asking if I called 911(I did not) *I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS HERE*"

"Stay away from this place!! I really really wish we would have listened to the negative reviews before we moved in. 1 parking spot no matter how many bed rooms you have. Garbage everywhere, it is disgusting. When the garbage company takes the garbage the bags break (because they throw them) and then garbage spills out everywhere and no one bothers to do anything about it. Our dishwasher had mold in it when we moved in and we have been here almost 5 months now and nothing has been done about it despite calling several times a week about it. Terrible terrible place and we can not wait until our lease is up."
