"I agree with most posting at the time of my resident here management was taking $$$$$ an overcharge for everything like trash blown on your side. It's not a piece of mind living there at all. Ijs from my experience they pick and choose."
"I am a former tenant for wildwood Commons. DO NOT MOVE HERE , especially if you have children. They have tons of roaches , RATS , and MOLD and lie about trying to fix the problem but never does. They DO NOT like to fix on anything. All appliances are out dated and old. If you move out there make sure you put cameras in your apartment. They complain about NO PETS ALLOWED, but everyone in management and maintenance have different kind of pets in their apartment. Definitely NOT a good place to stay."

"There should be a zero. Worst place to live at. My boyfriend and I were going to live here but we made too much money and they would've priced us a month at 500 to 600 for the small apartments they have. Instead, my boyfriend's mom needed somewhere to live and its for low income. Anyways, these apartments are infested with roaches. The maintenance is trashy and lazy and they do everything on their time and they're like bulls in a china shop. There was a time that something happened in the water systems or something to where the woman that l lived above my boyfriends mom, every time she flushed the toilet (as in bowel movement), it came into the sink in the kitchen. What the hell.. Whenever she first moved in, we payed extra for her to move in two days ahead of time and the place wasnt even prepared. No refrigerator no oven. There was a spit cup left under the sink from maintenance. We had to do our own roach and pest control to get rid of everything. The place was no move in ready and was disgusting. Not cleaned at all. And it was things that wouldn't even take that long. Please do not stress yourself out and move here."
