"The hotel is very clean and friendly and caters to special requests without batting an eye. The gym is adequate and the surrounding area is well maintained and green. The breakfast is well run and the food is fresh and hot. The front desk staff is especially professional and friendly and makes you feel like a guest in their home. Special thanks to Gina for making our stay so enjoyable."

"We arrived with our HS sports team and Gina (front desk) told us we didn't have any rooms even though I had all of the confirmation numbers saved in my email. Was the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered and blamed everything on me like it was my fault she couldn't locate our reservations. As over 20 high school students sat in the lobby for over half an hour, she finally located our rooms and never apologized for her rude behavior. Even though we submitted a tax exempt form because we are a high school, they still charged us tax. Very nice and clean hotel with a great location. Too bad one person who works at the hotel can ruin your entire experience."

"This is our third time staying at this hotel in the last few months. It's just a little bit further away from our reason for coming, but staying here is totally worth it for us. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything is clean, new, and fully functional. The location is convenient from I75 and has stores, restaurants and gas stations very close by even some in walking distance. The breakfast has some great options too - even Jimmy Dean sausage croissants! And last but not least, the staff have always been friendly and helpful!"

"Stayed here Sunday for one night. Very easy to check in, get to the room and feel comfortable. It was clean, well lit, and welcoming. The staff at check in and check out were great. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Vanilla waffles were a treat I haven't had in a long time. The Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich was good too! We will stay here again for sure!"
