"The staff here have been nothing but amazing to my wife and I. Shout-out to Rey and Valerie. They’re the main people I’ve dealt with here and have always helped out immediately regarding any questions or requests I’ve had. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The only issue I’ve ever had is with the few tenants that forget they’re adults and don’t pick up after their pets. Love the pool setting, definitely intend to use that a lot this coming summer. Our 2 BR apartment has been as close to perfect as imaginable; spacious and designed thoughtfully. Thanks you to the team here!"

"i’ve loved living at The Lodge and we’re only leaving because we have to! They’ve made living here very enjoyable. The maintenance team is on top of it and tends to our requests quickly, the team in the leasing office is amazing, and the overall cleanliness and nature of the property is top tier. Parking is easy, the amenities are great, the apartments are nice and updated. Touring other places in a city nearby that we’re relocating to has really showed us how good we’ve had it at The Lodge (it’s rough out here!) We’ve loved our unit and living here and would recommend it to anyone!"

"Did they not charge you a deposit? Don't worry, they will send you a letter with extra charges when you finish the contract!! after paying $3600 to end the contract early they still want more money. I was living there for 4 months taking care of the unit, they will send you a letter to pay the costs of changing the carpet, that is illegal. Even if you deliver the apartment in perfect condition and with due care and washing of carpets. They want to remodel the apartment with the money of the tenant who is leaving. The carpet looks new!!!!!"

"Very positive experience as I come up on my one year anniversary of my move in date. Very clean apartments both inside and outside. No loud bass music at all hours of the night and if there is any issues (of which there has only been 2), the courtesy officers are very responsive and friendly. The staff are so nice and accommodating. They attempt to make this place feel like a community and have events, food trucks, etc (of which I haven’t attended because I am kinda shy). Compared to other places I have lived, this is luxury. Pricing is very reasonable for what you get and I believe it is worth it."
