"The apartment manager Majorie is a very nasty lady. Her attitude towards the tenants is disgusting and she always talking about how she gone get the people that live here together or put them out. The office is open maybe 2 days a week they don’t answer the phone and barely answer the door when they in the office. She sits and look out the window to see who knocking at the office door to still not answer. The apartments have mold when you flush your toilet the tub backing up. For this property to be so called higher quality the staff and the upkeep of the property says otherwise."
"Well it’s almost a year that I’ve been living here and I must say there were a lot of things that needed to be done, in light of those obstacles Maintance did get jobs done swiftly and I would like to say thank you to everyone who helped address the issues of the apartment. I want to thank all the maintenance team that always were prompt and efficient. The ladies in the office also were most helpful in helping me get acclimated to my new place. Thanks to: Eric, Sergio, Alberto, Yamilette, Marjorie, and Jackie all were so helpful and friendly! Keep up the wonderful work!! "The maintenance team is always available, courteous and keep the complex as well maintained as they can. They respond in a timely manner to every request that I have submitted. I am 100% satisfied with their knowledge and quality of work."
"Love the location. I moved in 2019 and things changed a lot, but we all have to get use to it, I guess. Rent gets higher every year but no updates in the units. Leasing office and maintnance are good people and they do the best they can."
"I’ve been living in these apartments for about 4 years and the Maintenance staff are completely on point. And the office staff are incredibly helpful and kind, especially Miss.Jacky. The apartments itself are spacious and comfortable"
