"I lived here for about 3 years, broke my lease because they couldn’t seem to fix the a/c properly that was an ongoing issue for a year, there was a moisture issue that they couldn’t seem to figure out or just purposely ignored just a small issue to them and a issue for me. The leasing office agent is awful. She keeps the front door locked during business hours; doesn’t care what you need if she’s “busy”. She also purposely doesn’t provide correct phone number for the corporate office, you can’t speak to anybody above her ONLY her. I still have questions about my situation from living there and apparently only her boss can answer that but she’s not willing to provide a number, she tells you to “goggle it” knowing there’s no number to contact anyone above her. She acts clueless, and it’s unprofessional."
