"Management is never there drop off application is so bad! She answer or calls back. And young lady is supposed to be management. She only picks people she knows to live there! So if ur friends wth her you might have a chance to get an apartment there! Isn't it called discrimination!"
"Lived here many years ago. Liked it because it was income based. Good neighbors...cop Lived 2 doors down...always quiet. Sounds like the same manager...very nice lady but manages multiple properties...keep trying...worth the time. Would definitely live there again."
"Very clean and nice apartments. When a tenant moves out the completely remodel them. Including putting new appliances in each one. Friendly management."
"These apartments are well kept and the exterior of the property is well managed. Local police live here and the neighborhood is generally quiet. Marijuana smoke/smell lingers from time to time and the kids are a bit loud in the summer otherwise 10/10."
"You can NEVER find the office manager, no one answers the phone and it can take days to get a call back. Also, repairs take moths to get done. Even small ones, I needed a door replaced on my kitchen cabinets (it came off completely ) and it took 4 months to get done."
