"It is very quiet, I know tenants that have children but the neighborhood is still quiet, I love the fact that if you have a Maintenance issue the maintenance staff comes right away, the 2 maintence men that have come to my apartment have been exceptionally good in what they do, I have had Mr. Emanuel Lopez and Mr. Ricky Marin and both work very hard in making sure your issue is taken care of the first time and very respectful and communicative if they have to run back out to get a part etc. they let you know that they will be right back. I have no complaints."
"Amazing staff! We’ve had a few (minor) issues come up since moving in and have been extremely happy with the swift response from the office staff and maintenance department. They’re very professional and respectful. The new manager Lori Ann B. has gone above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety!"
