"I have lived here for almost 2 years with my daughter and I like it. The apartments are old but is reflected in price. It is quiet and I love my neighbors and the property manager has always been courteous to me as well as maintenance personnel."
"I lived here for about 6 months in late 1999. It wasn't horrible as some of the people are saying it is today. However, even back then the management was odd. After leaving I had a buddy stop by and some manager tell them I owed the complex money which was completely untrue."
"I’ve lived here for almost a year. I really don’t get some of the very negative comments! I’ve never seen loose dogs in the parking lot or anywhere on the property-let alone attacking anyone! It’s very quiet here most all the time which I love! The only complaint I have is since the manager was let go a while ago-there is rarely anyone physically in the office. The phone has always been answered when I’ve called however(guessing it’s been transferred)As far as maintenance-no problems there either. They replaced a faulty hot water heater for me very quickly. Place isn’t perfect of course(what place is?)-but no way has it been as horrible as some have put out. Consider me very happy here and yes-I do recommend it!"
"Worst place in dade city to live. Police end up there every other day. Dogs try to attack you in the parking lot. People outside screaming. No one works in the office, no maintenance. My ac was broke for months. I left there and never looked back. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Prices are outrageous. Over 900 bucks for a 1 bedroom. The apartments are no bigger than a hotel room"
"Been here 5 years niw, as a retiree, moved here BECAUSE it's inexpensive and allows me more money to spend on great-grandies! Drawback:'no automatic dishwasher :-[ NOT a place for young adults who like music loud enough to hear through Apartment walls. You'd be out in no.time and lose your deposits! Friendly AND Helpful Manager, Ms.Glenda, and Sr. Maintenance Tech, Mr. Michael. Close to.town, 2 blocks from LIVE Assembly of God Church, and maybe a half mile from grocery. Super WalMart about 6 miles, along with Target, Publix, etc-."
