"This is my second year living here and its only been uphill from when we moved in. There were some issues regarding our lease when we initially moved in during 2022 with the previous team, but Esther was quick to step in and make it right. The new leasing office team is incredible. They are very professional and understanding, and work very hard to keep this a good community. Maintenence is quick and friendly as well. There is an active community here but very rarely to the point where it gets to be too much - and when it does the office steps in to maintain the peace. Rent has gotten to be a bit steep but compared to the rest of Florida, I'd rather continue to pay the couple hundred more a month to be in a clean, well-maintained community. This is personally the best apartment experience I have had. Big thank you to Esther and the rest of the team for all you do."
"I have lived here for several years. I have had several issues with previous management and maintenance, however, Esther is an amazing property manager. She is great at communicating and solving problems. Rent is pricier than I’d like at this point, but the complex is nice, and the new gym is a great amenity. Would recommend to someone moving to the area."
