Compton Place Apartments

"I would like to give a big shout out to Renee at Compton Place. First off, these apartments are beautiful. I’m not sure why so many negative reviews. Renee is very professional, patient, and you can tell she really likes her job. She was very thorough about the renting process and very easy and personable to talk with. If I hadn’t chosen another community to rent at, I would have rented at Compton. I recommend going out to the property itself, ask for Renee and make your own decisions, not just based on the reviews. Thanks again Renee!"

"I would like to thank Anthony and Nicole for the kindness that they showed me in the office when I went to work out and retrieve a filter for my apartment as well. As paper towels for the gym. Anthony went out of his way to even spray the gym with Lysol for me. I really did appreciate it. Thank you guys keep up the good work and you will be hearing from again.Have a great day."

"Scammers. Please beware they will try to nickel and dime you for everything. There is a bug infestation going on there. We are a super clean couple and we got bed bugs from our neighbors. We had to stay at a hotel on OUR expense while they sprayed our apartment. FYI I was 7 months pregnant and got sick from the fumes. I should have sued. We moved out before our lease was up. I don’t recommend this place at all. The kids in the complex are bullies. There’s too many kids playing in the parking area well into the night. Can get pretty noisy. Pool is almost never clean and the jacuzzi is always broken."

"Worst experience moving out, we had the apartment carpets professionally cleaned. They are trying to make us pay to replace all of them saying they were replaced in 2021. We lived there since 2020 and they were never replaced. Wanted us to pay $500 for paint even though when we moved in there were places that needed to be painted. Put in work orders and never fixed. Won’t give a straight answer on the price of things. Very predatory behavior, be careful to document everything and take pictures of everything. There are much better apartments for about the same price."

"Great spacious apartments in a great area. A gated community with cameras surrounding is a plus. The workout room is open and rarely crowded, and the pool area is nice. I like the convenience of being surrounded by department stores, restaurants, grocery stores, fitness centers, and much more. The area is situated in a beautiful neighborhood with a park and paved walking trails. The entire office staff always greet you and are very helpful to our needs. Candice and Claudia worked directly with us, and they are simply amazing, making us feel right at home. The maintenance staff is absolutely exceptional, very friendly, and quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean. Great place to call home!"
