"My 2-bedroom apartment at The Marq is easily the favorite apartment I've ever lived in. The layout, hardwoods, furnishings, and build quality are excellent. As are perks like the community's wine bar, pizza parlor, and frequent food trucks. I've been a resident for just over a year and have been very pleased with how well maintained the community is and how responsive the admin team is to any maintenance requests I've had. Highly recommend The Marq to anyone looking to rent in Westchase."
"I have the worse experience ever. Not use to the treatment I have received now that my lease is almost over! Do no Recommend this place to anyone. It’s dirty, low maintenance and they are always trying to get in to inspect your apartment and when you try to set up a day it’s only whatever they want and won’t work with you. At the end of your lease they look for anything on your lease to overcharge you and penalize you even if you kept the apartment beautiful! I loved the treatment that Maya gave me but now I have a new person ending my lease time and she is impossible. Don’t Rent at this place."

During my residence here, Alison was always very thorough and pleasant when helping me. The maintenance team always do a great job with my work orders. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to call home, I would recommend living at The Marq Highland Park Apartment."
"I have lived at the Marq for over a year and it is a lovely place to live! Alison is my favorite in the office if you need something done she always listens and does what she says she will do! She is kind and attentive. The maintenance staff is hard working and kind as well! The property is beautiful and clean. Also Atlas pizza is right in the community and it’s the best pizza around!"
