"This was an extremely clean apartment complex with superb units. We went over for dinner to one of our friend's house and we're in complete shock on how nice the inside of the units were. The parking was great and the pool area was also amazing what absolutely return with my children and wouldn't be afraid to park the car or have a family event at the location definitely will be back. Thanks for keeping the place okay"

"While the units here are nice, do not rent a garage here as they have a serious problem with rats and cockroaches ! Over $1k of my furniture and belongs had to get thrown away. Big plastic bins were chewed through by rats only to have the contents destroyed. The front gate constantly malfunctions where the call box will let you in but the gate won’t go up. So either the gate is always up providing a non gated community feeling or the gate is down and malfunctioning so you can’t get in. Super annoying. I won’t be moving back."

"My husband and I have lived here since December 2015 and we LOVE it! The staff is very friendly, apartments are spacious, and the rent is so affordable. The location is amazing with everything you’ll ever need being in a one mile radius. We love living here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!"

"I used to live here a few years ago in a 3rd floor 2 bed unit with the lake view. Being that it was 3rd floor, the noise wasn’t too bad, but I couldn’t wait to finish my lease and get out of here for 1 reason - BUGS. I now refer to east lake club as the roach motel. I was not and am not a dirty person, but no matter how clean I kept it, there were constantly German roaches and huge palmetto bugs in the bathroom and kitchen. Absolutely disgusting. None of the home remedies I tried would fix it. The supposed bug service the complex provided was useless. From beginning to end the bugs were never ending. Also the parking is a big issue here. Very limited guest parking far away from the buildings. Even the resident parking would get very full in evenings and weekends and often I had to walk far at night by myself from the car park to my apartment. Not safe. Tow trucks always roaming around trying to catch guests and will tow your friends car in a heartbeat. When my lease was up I could not move out fast enough, I am grateful I could move somewhere else and would never go back there again!"
