Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Oldsmar

"My wife has been a Bonvoy member for several years and I have been a member for a little less than two years. We have stayed at many Marriott hotels in several states in the United States and experienced superb service at the majority of them. Our most recent stay was at your hotel in Oldsmar from December 22nd to 26th of 2023. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary along with celebrating Christmas with family. We arrived at the hotel and started settling in our room. I noticed quickly that the TV channels weren't aligned correctly. I would click on channel 35 and the program listed on that channel wasn't there. I took me up to 10 minutes to find the channel I was looking for. I contacted the front desk .The young lady told me that she would contact the provider to attempt to resolve the problem.The next day the problem wasn't resolved. I went to the front desk ( same day)and spoke with the young man working the front desk. I explained the situation to him. He asked me if I eventually found the channel I was looking for. I said that I did but it took awhile to find the channels. He responded that you found the channel and that was the best we can do. I responded that's poor customer service. A customer shouldn't have to look for a channel for ten minutes. He just looked at me and said that was the best we can do. I was shocked of his responses and attitude. I told him I would include the matter with my survey. The other hotel staff members were super helpful and courteous."

"As a family we love Marriott and we are BonVoy members. We have family and friends visit often and sometimes it can be a bit busy in the house for multiple guests and their extended (Holiday) stay. This Courtyard is perfect for our guests, being minutes from the Westchase area. A late night of entertaining at home is safe, easy, and quick with a Ride Share to the hotel. My parents can come visit when all of the kids are in town and not have to shorten their stay because of their 2 hr drive back home. A 2 night, 3 day stay is very affordable. As well, being right off of Tampa Road allows quick access to Hwy 19 and the Veteran's Hwy. The pricing is more than fair considering the convenience of the hotel is just outside some popular areas (Westchase, Safety Harbor, Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs)."

"Arrived to the hotel and they were doing work on the roof, which I wished was communicated prior to arrival, but it wasn’t too much of a hassle. Check in was smooth. Upon arriving to the room we did notice our toilet was backed up so we had to retrieve a plunger since maintenance was gone. Also that Saturday night, we decided to just relax at the hotel & grab some drinks from the bar. Front desk advised that the bar was closed on weekends which was bummer since most ppl travel on the weekends. A lot of things could’ve been better. Best part was the location of hotel."

"Had a wonderful experience!! Stayed 6 nights at a great rate!! Staff was super friendly and Hotel was extremely clean inside and outside! Close to everything I wanted!! Will be staying again on my next vacation!!"

"Our stay was very nice! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Very nice area in the lobby to hang out. Pool area was just ok. The pond in the back was very nice and there is some seating by a small waterfall. Staff at the desk was always pleasant and friendly. Very easy location to get to. Only drawback was that our room was a little on the older side. Headboard had some stains all over it and it bothered me at night. We would definitely stay her again."
