"I am blown away by the service in this place from the top to the bottom, everybody was super friendly and helpful. We left a puzzle book in the nightstand drawer by mistake and we called them and they told us to come back and they had it behind the front desk. How well the employees at this place are trained is amazing especially in this post-covid world where it seems like most places are not run very well, kudos to them! We found the suites in the hotel spacious, well decorated, well equiped. The bedsing was very nice and could sleep 6 in 2 queens beds and queen pullout couch, the kids slept here. The breakfast are was clean but a pretty standard hotel included buffet breakfast."

"The breakfast personal was very rude , specially a tall guy (with heavy accent ), he made me feel very uncomfortable, looking at me and fixing every thing I touched and put it back the way he wanted. He even complained to me for leaving the plate on the table and asking other client to pick it up for me .and saying to him thank you to pick it up for them ! there is no any signs where you can put the dishes back unless you take it to the kitchen ? They are staring a you expecting receive the tip , worst experience ever in the Hotel .Also a guy at front desk , was in the office and I went back to look for help .. saying hello , and he was rude and said to me , I see you .. don’t you know that we have cameras ? Then why he waited for me to go to the office say hello looking for help ? Worst experience ever in a hotel ."

"Be careful with this hotel, I fell in the shower. It was very very slippery. There was an incident report made, but because they are independently owned. They will not report my claim. Makes me leery about what else they are willing to do for to guests. For this being under the Marriott brand it’s not a good look."
