"We stayed in the Blue Cottage last week and found it to be everything that others had mentioned. It is very comfortable, especially for a retired couple, which is what we are. It was also spotlessly clean and right on the water. We enjoyed mornings and afternoons on the front porch watching birds and boats on the bay. We especially enjoyed the blue herons, snowy egrets and at least 4 bald eagles that we saw every day. Not to mentions the flocks of pelicans, gulls and terns. We were very pleased with the location, too. Both St. George Island and Apalachicola are only short drives away and the bridges to both are interesting, too. Lots of good seafood restaurants nearby, and we ate at many of them. We'll be back! Update 12/2/22: We did go back, just last week and the Blue Cottage was just as nice as the last trip. It has quickly become one of our happy places."

"We stayed at the RV spot and it was exactly what we expected! Owner was fabulous and helped us newbies back our camper in when we ran into issues. View was great, especially in the evening. We even saw a manatee! Within walking distance of a seafood market, brewery, coffee shop, and ice cream shop that we visited frequently. Will visit again!"
